RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
Neptunian Marine offers a return period of 20 days from date of purchase. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Non-stock or clearance items may not be returned. Open and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective.
Equipment requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, must be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.
To obtain an RMA number and return address please send an email to support@neptuniansky.com and be sure to provide your: name, email address, order number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% depending on the return condition. Shipping costs $9.95 (free or paid) will be deducted from refunds.
Please allow 5 business days after we receive your return to inspect the product before we issue a refund. Refunds for original shipping (free or paid) and return shipping costs are customer responsibility.
